Our 1C PUR adhesives have a 100 % solids content and can be processed in a similar way to silicone. The liquid or paste-like 1-component prepolymer reacts and cross-links with air humidity and the substrate to be bonded. These adhesives offer a broad adhesion spectrum for a wide range of substrates while delivering high strength values. 1C PUR adhesives are ideal for use with aluminum, steel, wood, plasterboard, and polyurethane, making them valuable across various industries.
- High temperature resistance and excellent moisture resistance of the bond due to cross-linking
- Product foaming enables compensation for uneven substrate surfaces
- Adjustable in terms of viscosity, cross-linking speed, and degree of foaming
- Application: Can be applied manually or via roller, nozzle, or spray application
Industrial Applications:
- Wood and furniture industry
- Construction industry
- Sandwich panel construction and panel industry
- Insulation industry
- Caravan & transportation industry
Application Methods: Can be applied manually or via roller, nozzle, or spray application
Our EVA hot melt adhesives (ethylene-vinyl acetate adhesives) are used in a wide range of applications: from the packaging industry to the wood and furniture industry, where they are utilized for edge bonding and wrapping, as well as in assembly and in the graphic industry for bookbinding. At Follmann, you will find the right adhesive for every application area.
Pressure-sensitive adhesives are permanently tacky, non-curing systems based on synthetic rubbers (styrene block copolymers; SIS, SBS, SEBS) for permanent and resealable bonding. They retain their tackiness even after cooling and are particularly suitable for substrates that are difficult to bond. PSAs are used in transport and shipping packaging, labeling, adhesive tapes, assembly aids, as well as in the production of mattresses and upholstery.
The FOLCO REACT HP series features adhesives with at least two reaction mechanisms. The latest high-performance developments in this series are reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives combined with silane-modified acrylates. These new adhesives have been filed for patent protection.
Dual-cure polyurethane hot melt adhesive with low melt viscosity and minimal initial tack. Specifically designed for the lamination of textile materials.
Our reactive hot melt adhesives feature a 100% solids content and achieve their physical strength upon cooling. This is followed by a chemical cross-linking process with moisture from the air and the bonded substrate, allowing for highly efficient processing. The open times are variably adjustable and can be customized to meet your specific requirements. The performance range and unique property profile of polyurethane hot melt adhesives are utilized in various industries, including automotive, wood and furniture industry, filter industry, abrasive industry, sandwich panel and panel industry, flat lamination, technical textiles, as well as the caravan and transportation sectors.
- Wide adhesion spectrum for various substrates
- Soft and flexible adhesive joint after cross-linking
- High initial strength
- Excellent temperature resistance
- High wash resistance and hydrolysis resistance
- Suitable for various application methods (roller application, spray application, nozzle application, etc.)
Applications:
- Filter products
- Textiles
- Flat lamination
